ALL ABOUT US
WHY STRONG(WO)MAN?
The sport of Strong(wo)man represents a playground where athletes can test their raw strength while challenging their metabolic fitness. The nature of Strong(wo)man features a sport which can be regarded as closest to current real-life. Movements include the lifting or transportation of odd objects under unfavorable circumstances, allowing a direct transfer of training adaptations and effects in everyday life and functionality.
